Meeting Room
The meeting rooms of the East Cleveland Public Library may be used free of charges by nonprofit, educational, cultural and civic groups when the room is not being used for library activities, use of the room(s) is (are) subject to the approval of library officials.By submitting a Room Reservation Request, you agree to follow all of the rules listed in our Meeting Room Policy.
You can access the Meeting Room Reservation here. All reservations are subject to approval, you will be sent two emails, the first stating that you reserve that date and pending approval. The second email will inform you that your pending reservation has been approved or denied. If you do not receive the second email, please contact the administrative office at 216-541-4128. Just because you reserve the date does not guarantee that you are approved.
Performing Arts Center
The performing arts center of the East Cleveland Public Library may be used free of charge for programs affiliated with the East Cleveland Public Library. Usage outside of the affiliation of the East Cleveland Public Library will result in a performance agreement contract between Party A (the performer) and Party B (ECPL representative). Use of the facility is subject to the approval of library officials.
